Mr. Dane Buell

Dane has more than 30 years of professional experience serving the tree care industry, and is currently consulting with tree care company owners to help with succession strategy and business scalability. He is passionate about arborist safety, and is a past chairman of the ANSI A300 committee. 

Mr. Julian Emerich, Stanley Tree Service

Joining the tree care industry almost a decade ago, Julian is a certified Arborist with experience in all phases of the tree care business focusing on Marketing & Business Development.  In addition, Julian has worked for Fortune 100 companies with experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Distribution, and eCommerce. He is passionate about helping businesses grow and also serves on the Northern RI Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  

Mr. Kevin Cleveland, Tree Tech, Inc.

Kevin has over 24 years experience in the tree care industry. Current president of Tree Tech, Inc. in Foxboro MA. He has served for over 15 years with the Mass Arborist Association, and is the current past president of the board. 

Ms. Emma Senerchia, Stanley Tree Service

A creative marketing professional with a growing reputation in the tree care industry, Emma is a licensed arborist with a unique approach in modernizing how tree care services are promoted and understood by customers. As a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, she pairs her academic background with hands-on experience within the industry, promoting safety and professionalism in the field.

Mr. David Golon, Wonderland Tree Care + Landscapes

David Golon, a Certified Arborist and second-generation President of Wonderland Tree Care + Landscapes, leads the Long Island-based company founded by his father in 1979. A Stockbridge School of Agriculture graduate with over 20 years of experience, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to community-focused arboriculture. Certified by the ISA, MAA, and TCIA, David has guided Wonderland to national recognition while supporting local initiatives. He serves on the Arbor Awards board, championing independent tree care professionals who prioritize relationships and quality service.
