Application - Arbor AWARDS™

Each person/company can submit up to two entries per major category. Submissions must not include company logos or individual names other than the Robert Bartlett Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award. Companies and individuals can win multiple categories.

Applications must be submitted by January 31, 2026.

Entry fees: FREE for all entries! (Max two entries per company; one per individual.)
Each person or company can submit only one “Complex or Challenging Project Award” entry.

Disclaimer: Evaluation and Use of Submitted Entries and Images
By submitting an entry to Arbor AWARDS™ participants confirm that they have full ownership or appropriate permissions for all materials, including images, included in their submission. Participants grant Edge Ahead Associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted content for the purpose of judging, promoting, and publicizing the awards program, in both digital and print formats.

Edge Ahead Associates is not responsible for verifying the ownership of submitted materials. Any legal claims or disputes regarding intellectual property rights or permissions will be the sole responsibility of the participant. All decisions made by the judging panel are final and cannot be disputed. Participants acknowledge and accept that no appeals or reconsiderations will be entertained.

Images and content will not be used for purposes unrelated to the awards program without prior consent from the participants.

All proceeds, after covering the program costs, will be directed toward supporting student expenses for attending the ArborEXPO™. Edge Ahead Associates does not derive any financial benefit from this initiative.
